When you need advice and a supply or oral contraception, Boots pharmacy are now offering a Contraception service. Where appropriate you can go to Boots without the need to see your GP and they can provide both for initiation AND ongoing supplies.

Would you like to use the NHS App on your mobile phone or tablet?

You must meet the following criteria to proceed:
- You do not have the NHS App installed on your mobile phone or tablet.
- You are a registered patient at Brookside Health Centre.
- You are 18 years old and over.
- You have an email address to use recorded on your Patient Record.
- Bring your smartphone or tablet with you that has an internet browser.
- Bring a form of photo ID such as a valid UK passport or UK driving licence.

For help with setting up the NHS App please ask a Patient Advisor for further details, who will book you in for a face-to-face appointment with the Social Prescriber at Brookside Health Centre.
