I have regrettably had to add a 'deposit on booking'clause into my business. This is to discourage the last minute cancellations, especially on longer appointments which massively impact my bookings and my business. I understand life means that sometimes this is necessary but it has a knock on effect and sometimes having to turn other clients away. Online bookings will now require a deposit which will be non-refundable if less than 48 hours' notice given or transferable if more than 48 hours' notice given. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
