😇 Angel Meditation 😇

At Buddha Therapies we have been delivering meditation classes for 11 years in Liverpool.
Meditation has many positive effects on the mind, body and spirit, it can help fight illness and eliminate stress as it has a sedative effect on the nervous and hormone system and respiration is slowed down creating homeostasis. This in itself creates overall improved health.
It balances the chakras helping to release fear and doubt from the mind bringing love and light.

Our meditation includes a group angel card reading chosen on the night. Carmel Wright, a beautiful Reiki, shamanic and Angelic Reiki Master, and conducts her chosen meditation on the night. She is a qualified Doreen Virtue Angel card reader and has been using guidance readings for many years in her spiritual path and career.

Meditation is for everyone and can be practised at home or work.
Classes are adult only and £7.00 per session from 7.30pm - 8.30pm.
They will be held every Thursday at our new academy next door to buddha therapies ###
