Japanese cheesecake 😋

Last week we celebrated our Greatest Losers in group with taster and tried the current Japanese cheesecake trend - which is delicious 😍

So I recreated it yesterday using the New Aldi white chocolate quark!! (Think kvarg, but much cheaper!)

Guacamole has been my favourite new addition to the heathy extra options! 😍

Here's my recipe 😋

80g of mashed ripe avocado
1 small red finely chopped onion
3 salad tomatoes
1 jalapeño
1/2 fresh lime, squeezed for juice
Chopped fresh coriander
1 pinch flakey salt

Delicious on taco's, fajitas - anything really! ❤️
