When teaching I’m often asked where I get my mini spatulas from. I’ve always responded that they come with my toothpaste! Now I’ve found you can buy them separately 😃 They are much easier to transport than the larger wooden ones and being made out of bamboo they wash really well in the dishwasher ✨ The lovely Sophie sells them just around the corner from where I teach but I’m sure they’re available online too!

I had meant to post this a week or so ago, but seems appropriate now during world reflexology week! Big thanks to for inviting me to give a talk to the Bath Association of Reflexologists area group - which turned out to be another 7 groups too! It was so lovely to share knowledge on Precision Reflexology and thank you to the attendees for the lovely comments. I hope to see some of you again soon!
