🎅 Santa Dash is BACK – and it’s time to spread some festive cheer! 🎅

🎄✨ There’s lots of festive fun for little ones (and the young at heart!) at this year’s Christmas Lights Switch On! Fri 21 November, 3pm to 7.30pm✨🎄

🎅 Santa’s Grotto – You'll find Santa and his elves in a grotto on the ground floor of the We Hear You office, 14-15 North Parade, BA11 1AU.

Book a time slot between 4.30-7.30pm. ➡️wehearyou.org.uk/events/santa-grotto

From 3–7.30pm the Food Court by the Library will be full of merriment

🎨 Face painting - add a splash of colour and a bit of sparkle to some smiley faces

🎶 Music and dancing – get your feet tapping to some brilliant tunes and festive beats from Frome Town Band and Frome Street Bandits

✨ Light sticks from our fantastic Frome Carnival

🎡 Fairground rides – hop on for a whirl of lights and laughter

It’s the perfect warm-up before the big lights switch-on starts at 6pm, so find those hats and gloves, grab a hot chocolate, and join in the festive fun.

Trustees’ Week Spotlight: Dan & Demi

As comes to a close, we’re excited to introduce the newest members of WHY’s board - bringing fresh energy and specialist expertise to help us grow and evolve.

Dan joined WHY in September 2025, bringing strategic leadership and people-focused insight. His experience in organisational culture, HR, and team development is already helping us strengthen our internal resilience and wellbeing.

Demi also joined in September 2025 and brings legal expertise and a sharp eye for governance. Her knowledge of compliance, contracts, and ethical practice is a vital asset as we continue to deliver safe, high-quality services.

We’re thrilled to have Dan and Demi on board - and so grateful for the skills and perspectives they bring to WHY’s mission.
