The sun stayed out long enough so enjoy sitting out in the courtyard, and before long there was a dog making the rounds, stopping wherever a hand was waiting! 🐶

He seemed to know exactly where to go next, settling in for a scratch behind the ears before moving on again.

Taking turns with the ring toss, seeing who could get it just right, then slowing things down with a bit of nail painting and conversation around the table. 💅

Recently, Pauline wrote a letter to Team Member Nandhu, taking time to send Easter wishes. 🐰 In the garden, Donald spent time around the plants, pointing things out and keeping an eye on how everything was coming along. We’ve also spent some more time with our guinea pigs!

Janet spent some time holding one of the guinea pigs today. It sat comfortably tucked against her jumper while she gave it a gentle cuddle. 🐹

In the next room a card game was getting competitive, the parachute was being lifted high in the air, and someone was focused on a detailed ocean scene.

Later, a few of us sat outside in the sun showing off freshly painted nails and enjoying the warmer weather. Just another afternoon with plenty going on around the home. 💕

In the lounge nearby, music was playing while someone kept time with a tambourine and next door we were busy making paper flowers. Small moments like these, shared between team members and family members, are part of everyday life in the home. 🌼

A few moments from around the houses recently. In the greenhouse, plants were being checked and pots moved around while a couple of family members spent some time tending to them. By the window, a butterfly drawing was carefully being worked on. At lunchtime, gravy was poured over roast potatoes and peas as we sat down to eat together. Elsewhere, a book was being flicked through and a soft toy rested comfortably in someone’s arms. 💜

These everyday moments are simply part of life in our home.

The sunshine came out this week and we were quick to head outside.

One family member stopped to gather fresh grass for the guinea pig waiting indoors, while others enjoyed a short stroll or simply sat in the sun for a while. Inside, there was a quiet game of cards, a magazine with a cup of tea, and plenty of conversation around the table.

Just an ordinary day in the home. ☀️

Holi, known as the Festival of Colours, marks the arrival of spring and a time to come together, share experiences, and welcome new beginnings.

For some, it’s an opportunity to try something different. For others, it’s simply enjoying the moment alongside the people around them, and having fun!

Because feeling at home is often found in these shared moments between both team and family members🌸
