Spring and summer weather is great, but it can be a challenge to stay hydrated, especially older people who are easilly susceptible to dehydration. This could be due to; a decrease in thirst sensation, loss of fluids through incontinence, impaired cognition or medication side effects.

When trying to help someone stay hydrated, how many of these strategies can you tick off your bingo card?
