Thanks to the amazing support of , I’ll be opening a brand new space — a hot yoga studio within the CrossFit box.

INWRD is built around the concept of Svādhyāya, turning inward, self-study, and creating a community where we can move, breathe, and grow together.

This July, we’re focusing on Garland Pose — a deep, grounding squat that opens the hips, strengthens the legs, and supports healthy movement both on and off the mat.

Malasana isn’t just a great yoga pose — it’s also an amazing tool for anyone working on squats, mobility, or lifting in the gym. It encourages ankle, knee and hip flexibility, improves posture in the bottom of your squat, and helps create more control and depth in your lifts. 🏋️‍♀️

What a lovely evening we had yesterday ✨🧘‍♀️🍽️

Thank you to my online yogis who got together last night for our yoga session followed by dinner — such a special way to unwind, connect, and share space together. The energy was calm, the company was great, and the food was delicious. Grateful for moments like these. It was amazing to connect with my dedicated online community. 💛

☀️Sunshine = More Energy? Use it.

When the sun’s out, energy levels often rise — and that’s your Agni (inner fire) kicking in.

Agni is your drive, your focus, your digestion — physical and mental. On warmer days, it’s easier to tap into. I have noticed that my practice recently has leaned into that: twists, core work, and a bit of fire to shake off any sluggishness.

🔥 Let’s get that fire started!
