Having space to talk & simple gentle daily routines can help keep their minds clear.

💚 This world can seem frightening at times for us as adults let alone little people.

💚 Bowen helps relax the nervous system & helps us all from being in ‘fight or flight’ mode.
When we can’t switch off at night it’s because we are over thinking & running on adrenalin.
If we can calm the nervous system down then we can think so much easier.
