Water 💧

The water needs our help.
The water needs to be honoured, to be blessed, to be filled with love.

I ask each and every one of you to send love to the water. The water within ourselves, the tap water, the bath water, the streams, the rivers, lakes and oceans.

By sending love to the water, we are assisting this high vibrational love energy to reach every corner, every inch of our beautiful earth. Your input is truely needed at this time 💕.

Your love intent will travel, it will travel through the water courses of earth. The water veins, streams, rivers and oceans and of course it will travel through land, to every person, every animal and every soul on earth.

Raising the vibrational level 🌟.

Grounding.

It is super important to ground ourselves at this time (I have to remind myself constantly).

Ways we can do this;
🌟 Visualise roots growing from our feet and set the intention to ground yourself to earth.
🌟 Take a Epsom salt bath and again set an intention to ground yourself.
🌟Become present with the world around you; feel the wind as you walk outside, take notice of a beautiful flower or listen to the birds sing.
🌟 Walk on the grass barefoot.
🌟 Smell essential oils.
🌟 Carry a grounding Crystal such as haematite.
🌟 Meditation

These are just some of the amazing ways we can ground and connect to earth and the divine flow.

Reiki and Crystal healing are also super beneficial to ground ourselves. They allow our bodies to reach the state of deep relaxation to release the energies that no longer serve us 💕.

Acceptance.

When we accept the self for where we are in life and others for where they are, we flow with the divine love of all.

This does not mean that we don’t have boundaries with others, certain situations or deny change, but a divine acceptance that everything is as it should be at the present moment.

Trusting that the experiences we face, are for our evolution and for the evolution of mankind 💕.
