“ Is clinical hypnotherapy the same as I have seen performed by stage hypnotists? ”
Although similar, hypnotherapy uses the power of the mind to heal rather than make you act in a particular way. You will not begin to sing like Elvis or bark like a dog .
“ Will I be asleep during therapy?”
No, you will be aware during all elements of the therapy, although you may feel relaxed.
“ Can anyone meditate? ”
Anyone can meditate, although with practice deeper meditative states can be achieved.
“ Are your therapies safe? ”
Yes, we are fully trained and members of the relevant industry bodies and associations. We comply with a strict code of ethics.
“ How long does a therapy session last? ”
Typically between 1 to 1.5 hours.
“ How many sessions will I need”
This varies from client to client and depends upon the exact goal of the therapy, but typically will be between 3 and 6 sessions.
“ What is Sound Oasis Therapy? ”
Sound Oasis Therapy uses Tibetan singing bowls and other musical instruments to relax and heal the body through tones and sounds.
