Join Barbara Bertram, registered nurse for an informative and interactive Dementia Awareness Session at Borders Hearing Care on Tuesday 10th December, 2:00–3:30pm.

This session will help you gain a deeper understanding of Dementia and provide practical tips on how to support those living with it.
Plus, there will be some fun interactive activities to help bring the learning to life! 💜

Everyone is welcome — whether you’re a carer, family member, friend, or just want to learn more.
Shona will be joining in and refreshments will be available.

A time to highlight the challenges many men face and encourage open conversations around depression, stress, and su***de prevention. 💙

🎧 Team Training Day at Borders Hearing Care!

We’ve been busy testing each other and getting hands-on with our new speech testing equipment, made possible thanks to a SOSE grant 🙌

Here’s Andrew with his best “concentrating face” during a QuickSIN (Quick Speech-in-Noise) test.
A clever tool that helps measure how well someone can understand speech in noisy environments (with and without hearing aids).

To be fair, Andrew’s already a pro at hearing through noise… working with Shona is great daily practice since she never stops chatting! 😄

Always learning, so we can continue giving our clients the very best care. ❤💙👂

Shona has just had a brilliant coaching session with her fabulous Growth Coach – Mehalah Beckett! 💫

We talked all things business growth, confidence, and potential and how to be the best entrepreneur. 💪✨

I have came away with fresh ideas, talked through some current challenges and worked on some next steps including some new planning for new additions to the team. 🚀
