Thank you for all the love and support I received following my previous post about being back to work in January, it's made me even more excited about returning!

I'll be back practicing in the same room as before however I will now be part of the wonderful Eildon Health and Fitness team. The access is slightly different and I will share this with you soon.

Hello again! I've been very quiet this year whilst raising a little human but I'm excited to let you know that I'm going to be back providing calm, relaxation and relief from aching muscles from January. There will be more information to come, but I'm looking forward to seeing all my lovely clients, as well as new faces, from next month.

**ANNOUNCEMENT AND A THANK YOU**

As we hurtle towards Christmas, I just wanted to write a wee post as I've been very quiet on here!

As some of you already know, I'm currently 7 months pregnant. I've decided to start maternity leave early as my bump grows and my energy levels decrease. I'm not sure how long I'll be off for but I hope to be back up and running by September 2025. I may offer Indian head massage in January/February 2025, but I'm going to see how I feel closer to the time.

2024 has been a great year growing my business, qualifying in Sports and Remedial massage and Indian Head massage (IHM).

Thank you to all my lovely clients. It's been just over a year since I set up my massage business and I absolutely love this job — it wouldn't be the same without you.

Keep an eye out on here and on my website for updates on IHM and for details of my planned return from maternity.

We've packed the vans with children's clothing from birth to age 12+, maternity wear, shoes, some winter and Christmas wear. We're bringing some toys, a perfect time to get some new to you toys for Christmas.

SATURDAYS - I've been a little quiet recently and had cut back my availability due to the time commitments of my sports and remedial massage course. Now that I've finished the course (more on that to come!), I'm upping my availability and will be offering Saturday appointments again as well as the usual Fridays.

Some lovely pregnancy massages today 🥰

I really love pregnancy massage, it's a time for mum's-to-be to slow down, recharge and get some much needed relaxation time before baby comes. It's also a chance for those who are already parents to have some time to themselves, away from busy lives.

The couch set up is a little different for pregnancy massage as you can see in this photo. We start the massage in side-lying with special cushions as support. I then bring the couch up at an angle so you're lying in a comfy semi-reclined position which is a lovely position to work on the arms and hands.

I don't have any availability next week as I get ready for my exams, but there is some availability the following week on Friday the 5th of July.
