What has Wagyu Beef got in common with chronic low back pain?
Wagyu is allegedly made tasty by the amount of fat that is marvelled through the meat. Whether it is tasty or not is up to you, but it certainly has a larger amount of fat within the flesh.
As we become less active, the muscles alongside our spine invaginate with fat causing them to become less responsive to requirements to stabilise our spine.
While this situation exists stability is hard no matter what “treatment” is administered.
How do we avoid this? We must be active and retain proper function of our spine through our life. Our spine is one of the most movement sensitive parts of our body.
