Suzuki M1800R Custom Remap.
Finally got this finished after a lot of work...front and rear cylinders mapped separately as the fuelling was miles out on both....very much so on the rear cylinder and running very lean all round above 40% throttle. This is probably due to the Cobra straight through pipes and the Pro-ace separate air filters drawing a larger amount of air.
This bike would not run at all well above 40% throttle as you will see on the provided dyno graph images. A/F dangerously lean!

Honda CBR600RR Full Arrow system MWR Filter custom remap.
Just finished this bike on Saturday and very happy with the results especially seeing that it was a similar power output at max throttle compared to the Kawasaki ZX636 I remapped the other day.

Dyno graphs show 10 15 20 30 40 and 100% throttle twist grip positions before and after.

Should be an interesting comparison on the race track if it happens. :) Woolich Racing

Aftermarket Race can and Tailpipe Stock Headers with cat installed.

Had this tidy ZX636 on the dyno today for a custom remap. Lots to adjust to make it all work well. The owner of this bike will certainly feel the difference on his track days, with lap times much improved, due to the noticeable increase in power and torque at medium throttle openings. Coming out of corners will be much improved compared to how the bike did before the remap.

KTM 890 Duke E5 Custom Remap, Twin Black Widow System with db killers installed.

In for a remap today and have to say that i am very pleased with the results. These 890 none R version bikes are a bit restricted so the increases are well worth while in terms of response and power.

Dyno graphs show 10 15 20 30 40 and 100% throttle twist grip positions before and after.

KTM 790 Adventure fitted with Akrapovic silencer with decat pipe also DB killer installed.

Had this machine in today for a full custom remap...the owner of the bike required the power to be smooth at small throttle openings to help the bikes stability on rough slow terrain. This has been achieved and also nice improvements in power delivery.

Dyno graphs show 10 15 20 30 40 and 100% throttle twist grip positions before and after.

Full Scorpion system with db killer installed.

Had this lovely bike on the dyno today for some custom remapping and got to say its turned out really well. I think the owner of the bike will be nicely impressed with the performance of his machine after the remap. :) Woolich Racing

BMW R1250GS Rallye, Custom Dyno Remap.

Mods: FUEL open slip on on can.

Just had had this brute on the dyno a couple of days ago and the results are as expected with much stronger smoother bottom end and mid range gains.
All the usual Euro 5 restrictions dialled out.

Dyno graphs show before and after mapping results at 20 25 30 40 50 and 100% Twistgrip positions.

Feedback:

"Hi Andy, ended up staying out on the bike for a few hours. I never thought the stock fuelling felt too bad. But like with previous bikes you have done for me knew there is always room for improvement. There is a noticeable change at small throttle openings and it then pulls harder all the way through the range as I open the throttle. It feels a lot more linear".

Yamaha MT09SP 2021 Custom Remap Leo Vince full system.

Had this machine in today for a full custom dyno remap and its all worked out nicely and responded well to mapping. :)

Dyno runs show 10 15 20 30 40 and 100% throttle position roll on tests before and after.

Hopefully the owner of the bike had a nice ride home to test the new mapping. :) Woolich Racing

Had this lovely machine in today for a coat of looking at and its all worked out nicely. The main requirement for the owner of the bike was to achieve smoothness at smaller throttle openings and an improved throttle response and torque increase.

Hopefully after returning back home on his bike this will be mission accomplished.

Dyno runs show 10 15 20 30 40 and 100% throttle position roll on tests before and after. The owner had already remove the ETV restrictions himself with Tune ECU previously.
