Open Into Life - Holistic Wellbeing

Open Into Life - Holistic Wellbeing Personalised holistic well-being with Jin Shin Jyutsu (healing touch), Intuative Healing insights & The most important thing is to start.

Marion helps and supports people cope with, and overcome, physical and emotional issues limiting their lives so they feel calm, relaxed, revitalized and empowered using the ancient healing touch art of Jin Shin Jyutsu (pronounced gin shin jit su). Gently placing her fingers on specific parts of your body she releases the flows of your vital energy enabling you to effortlessly let go of emotional and physical challenges. There is nothing for you to do apart from breath and rest, fully clothed, on either a therapy couch or chair. Before your session begins Marion will have taken time to listen to your issues so she can understand how the situation began and how it is affecting all aspects of your life. During each hour of treatment you may begin to feel stress, tension and built up discomfort melt away as you relax and enjoy a peaceful healing experience. The number of JSJ sessions you need depends upon your project (in JSJ our problems and challenges are known as our projects). After your session Marion will encourage you to practice some self-help Jin Shin Jyutsu flows at home to maintain the benefits you receive. Whilst Jin Shin is a unique healing art from Japan it is sometimes likened to Reiki because of the way the practitioner seems to be resting their hands on the recipient. Actually a JSJ therapist is actively sensing and harmonizing the pluses along the various energy flows in the same way as an Acupuncturist uses their fine needles to stimulate the chi in the meridians. So JSJ could also be likened to Acupuncture without needles or a form of light Acupressure. In addition to JSJ Marion is an Accredited Journey Practitioner, Professional EFT (tap and talk) Therapist with over 20 years of holistic wellbeing practice. Prior to having her own Private Practice in South West Scotland, Marion worked in Marketing and Business Development in England, a career she left initially to study and practice Homeopathy - the beginning of her intuative healing practice.

IMPORTANT POST
Next week I am being "modernised" to fibre broadband. Yikes! My trusted landline number will no longer exist. So its over to the mobile, I have transferred existing mobile number to a different supplier with better coverage here. All good on Whatsapp and I still use my gmail address. We have abandoned Skype as new computer cannot link up (mind you I have been told it is because I should have told Skype when I left BT - hey ho). Also even 'though I am limiting my use of messenger I will still see communications and come back to you via mobile app.

Here is a great idea for us all to practice, it was on FB from a Carer's page today.

All of a "fankle" - a lovely Scottish word meaning tangled up.
Careful knitting can be mindful, giving our consiousness focus and something for restless hands to do especially when we are "all of a scramble".
Maybe knitting is not your thing and you know your mind is all over the place, too much to do, too many issues and you would really like to feel in control. There are other options!
How about taking a few moments to practice being aware of your breathing - count 4 as you beathe in, hold for 4 counts, breathe out for 4, be empty for 4. When I do this I hold each finger in turn, this gives a cycle of 10 conscious breaths and helps me keep count!
Here at OpenIntoLife we can practice the harmonizing and finding inner peace with the Art of Jin Shin Jyutsu to restore a sense of wellbeing.
Sessions at the practice or on line in cyberspace.
All the best.
Picture on FB today - don't know who who to credit for the artwork which is brilliant and possibly mindfully created.

This quotation from one of the Spiritual Leaders who inspires me, caught my eye on FB this moring. It so reflects the essence our my Practice with people. Sometimes there is someting limiting our self belief (known or unknown) that could do with "weeding out" so we can open into the joy of boundlessness. If you tried everything or are curious to know more you are welcome to OpenIntoLife.

Sometimes we forget that we really are doing our best - that could be whilst we care for someone, whilst we cope with challenges, whilst we just live each day. Here at Open Into Life I support you to find the truth in this and value yourself.

Diving into ourselves through Journey Processes, Harmonising our vital energy through Jin Shin Jyutsu, accepting healing insights and guidance from our Angels are all ways to find courage to say "yes I did my best". It is nothing to do with what others think or approve of! As as we creatively "work through" your projects you will be doing great things for yourself- the first step is to make contact

Thanks to a lovely post on FB for this picture.

Fingers and Flows - April 2023 (20 weeks)

All living beings know just what to do to feel good and harmonize their wellbeing. Within the Art of Jin Shin Jyutsu is the practice of holding our fingers and toes as Mudras and awareness of our breath to release "dirt dust and greasy grime" to rebalance ourselves. Just as this brown bear is doing - well not quite!

Take a look at yourself and discover what you apparently unconsiously do with your hands, do you hold your thumbs, do you rest your hands on your knees, do you place one hand on your shoulder and the other on the opposite elbow, to your hold your head as you try to remember or ease a headache? I wonder .... all of this tells a story.

Every Monday at 11am a group of us come together in Zoomland to practice the Jin Shin Fingers and flows. Our next block of "classes" starts on Monday. Message me to find out more.

And I promise you will not be adopting the Brown Bear Pose! (unless of course you really want to)

Today my attention was drawn to this photo of Duke of Edinburgh meeting young people. I couldn't help but notice he is unconsciously practicing the Art of Jin Shin, holding his fingers! Look how he is holding three fingers of one hand. We all subconsciously practice the Art of knowing ourselves through our hands to bring about peace and harmony in our being. Each finger connects us to many functions within us on all levels, Spirit, Mind and Body and tells a story. By holding the fingers of his right hand His Royal Highness is maintaining energetic balance in the present moment as he focusses on the young people.

If you would like to discover more and experience the art of finger holding, you are welcome to make contact. Until then my warm wishes.

Today I saw a photo of a much loved tea cup which had been dropped and broken - sadly I have lost the image on FB to share with you (maybe I'll find it again another time).

Have you every felt "shattered" just like this tea-cup? Well in the next image I saw somome had creatively used the pieces to make a miniture garden. They had "joined up" pieces to make a whole new totality, rather than just trying to stick the thing back together. Yes things were different but they certainly took another path for the cup.

Here at OpenIntoLife we can do just that - clients bring a long the bits and pieces and together we find ways to restore something special. It was rejuvanated.

Is it time for you to collect up the fragments, pop them in a bag and make contact with me? If so I'm ready for the Project with you.
