World Book Day! And this is my recommendation (obvs)

Last year I co-authored this gem - ‘Gathering Women - The Medicine Keepers & Spellcasters Guide to Sister Circles’ - curated and guided by Lynette Allen

A No.1 on Amazon wrote for a woman who holds Sister Circle herself or the woman who wants to hold sister circle and needs a guide...this is FULL of gems!

Not only is it brimming over with inspiration stories of sisterhood, why we gather and my goodness, the immense support we receive but each author has each gifted you one of their rituals or prep guides, which means this book is THE hand book that will sit by your bedside and have you pouring over which ritual to bring to the women in your circles!

I’m the woman behind Sacred Sounds - holding spaces for nervous systems to soften, hearts to open and in my 1-2-1 work for women to feel deeply held.

My work lives in two worlds that are equally sacred to me…

✨ Community & ceremony — sound baths, women’s circles, cacao gatherings, retreats. There is nothing like the power of the collective releasing and remembering together.

✨ 1-1 healing — Reiki, closing ceremony energy work, bespoke sound journeys. This is where we go deep. Where you receive my full devotion, tailored support and space to unravel gently at your own pace.

Outside of Sacred Sounds you’ll find me taking photos of mushrooms, 🍄, having with my fam or sipping cacao on my back step (well now the weather is slightly improving anyway!)

International Women’s Day Sisterhood Social — Temple Newsam.
On this day of global sisterhood, let’s gather in gentle solidarity — women and their children, walking side by side, holding space for one another, celebrating our strength, softness, and shared stories. Let's walk, talk and share laughter in a judgement free space.

A new offering 💫

An offering that is particularly close to my heart. Born out of a lack of this type of space that I needed when my mum died. Just to be seen, to be heard…to be witnessed.

There are moments in life where something has clearly ended but we never really paused to acknowledge it.

A relationship.
A version of ourselves.
A chapter we thought would look different.
The woman we were before motherhood
The woman we become after menopause.
The life we imagined.

We acknowledge it and talk about it but sometimes it still sits in the body.

I’ve recently trained in a deeply beautiful one-to-one practice which I’ve named Held - A Closing Ceremony.

Held is a 3-hour private space to honour an ending so you can consciously step into a new beginning. It is gentle, intentional and grounded in ritual, offering time to feel, to release, and to lay something down with care. A deeply devote myself to you for those 3 hours utilising an ancient rocking and wrapping technique, sacral massage and sound healing. Having experienced this myself I can coni it’s one of the most profound experiences I have had on my healing journey. I’d love for you to experience this too.

This may be for you if you are moving through grief, separation, identity shifts, motherhood, or standing at the edge of a new chapter.

To mark the beginning of this offering within Sacred Sounds, I’m opening 3 sessions at a reduced introductory rate.

Public booking is now open for my Solstice retreat 🌞

I wanted to create a space for the woman who knows she hasn’t truly paused in a long time. Time to slow down, recharge and at a potent and one of my fave times of year!
