Taking it easy this weekend after a busy weekend!

Prepping ahead of an insanely busy week next week as I navigate half term, Easter, Sacred Sounds and In Bloom 🤪

So grateful for everyone trusting in their own self healing journeys whether that be through sound, reiki or my closing ceremony.

So this is really what’s happening in April!

April is here!
A new season, a fresh astrological year, Easter energy…
a natural point of renewal, of shedding, of beginning again.

It’s the perfect time to pause and ask what am I ready to leave behind… and what am I ready to step into?

My April offerings are open to hold you through that:
– Sound baths at all my usual beautiful spaces
– Women’s Circle gatherings

Mother’s Day might be almost over… but the invitation to rest doesn’t have to be.

Today was a beautiful reminder of how powerful it is to slow down, be cared for, and take a moment to breathe.

So let this be the continuation of that feeling not the end of it.

This week I’ll be holding a number of sound baths, each one a space to simply lie down, soften, and be carried by the sound.
