Carol Liguz Bodywork Therapies Offering Deep Tissue and Relaxing Therapeutic Massage, Myofascial Release Therapy, Functional Facial and Scar Therapy at my practice in Garnant.

Each massage treatment I offer is adapted to the needs of the individual, whether it is for relaxation and positive touch or deep tissue tension release. Therapeutic Massage helps to

~ release muscle tension
~ increase joint mobility
~ boost the immune system
~ improve circulation & nerve function
resulting in a deep sense of relaxation and wellbeing, reduced physical pain, improved flexibility and increased energy levels. I trained with the Maitri Foundation in Stroud, qualifying in 2011 with a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage with distinction. I’m a member of the BCMA Bodywork Affiliates Register.
