During the busy festive season, yoga offers a grounding pause that helps soothe an overstimulated nervous system.
Through slow, intentional movement and steady breathing the bodyβs relaxation response is activated, easing tension and quieting the mind.
Even a few minutes of gentle stretching or mindful breathing can lower stress hormones, steady the heart rate, and create a sense of inner balance.
