✨ NEW POLICY UPDATE ✨
From today (1st April 2026), all new appointments booked with me at The Soul Sanctuary will require a 50% non-refundable booking fee.
Unfortunately, I’ve had to introduce this due to a recent increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows, including cancellations just minutes before appointments, and situations where I’ve had to chase confirmations that have turned into no shows.
As a small business, this has a real impact, not only on me, but also on other clients who are waiting for appointments. It affects both my business running costs and personal livelihood.
I completely understand that unexpected things can come up, and I always try to be as accommodating as possible. However, over the past few weeks, this has become a recurring issue.
Going forward:
• Appointments will only be secured once the 50% booking fee is paid
• Unconfirmed bookings may be released to other clients
• The booking fee is non-refundable
• It is transferable if changes are made outside of the 48-hour cancellation window (twice this can transferable)
• Cancellations within 48 hours will result in the loss of the fee
• Rebooked appointments will still be subject to the 48-hour cancellation policy
This policy is in place to protect my time, my business, and to ensure fairness for all clients.
