Working in the Lancaster, Preston and surrounding areas, we strive to assist people to live they way they wish. Our management team have over 40 years’ experience between them and are always there to help. MasterStaff Healthcare provides a range of care and support services to health and social care organisations as well as providing a personalised care solution for people living in their own homes. MasterStaff Healthcare has established itself as one of the countries premier suppliers of health and social care personnel on both a temporary and permanent basis. MasterStaff Healthcare has a network of branches throughout the North of England and have plans for further expansion in the coming months. Each MasterStaff Healthcare branch is operated by a team of qualified and experienced Social Care Manager's backed by teams of Specialist Consultants and Support Advisors. MasterStaff Healthcare's team of specialist health and social care recruiters select applicants according to key criteria detailed by the Care Quality Commission, the General Social Care Council and the Skills for Care, which ensure all personnel, are qualified, experienced and adaptable to changing requirements. MasterStaff Healthcare provide services that are person centred and enable the service user to be part of the whole process including, where appropriate, the selection of health and social care personnel. We maintain ongoing contact with our service users, clients and candidates to ensure that our personnel are capable of the ever increasing practical and administrative requirements placed on them, as well as their own fitness to practice. Our dedicated team ensure a personal service at all times, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week 365 days of the year which gives you peace of mind that we are there when you need us.
