This terms newsletter-
It is NOVEMBER and the beginning of the CHRISTMAS TERM! It is time to shake the moths out of your gym knickers, find a pair of matching leg warmers, get your shizzle together and shimmy down to class. I know it is grey and damp, (and that's just your sports bra) but it is of the upmost importance that you keep yourself healthy and active as the winter creeps up on us. It is true that a bobble hat, trench coat and boots can be forgiving of the wobbly bits in a way that your Ra-Ra skirt and summer b**b tube isn't, but that isn't an excuse to throw in the towel, hibernate and get your exercise by walking to the kettle to make hot chocolate, and then to the biscuit tin for custard creams.
Now is the time to get your routine water tight, keep moving, get out of the house, see REAL PEOPLE instead of your insta feed, and remind yourself of the power of exercise and community in combating the winter blues and seasonal torpor.
No, you won't really want to come out on rainy mornings or tear yourself off your cosy sofa on dark evenings, It will be worth it when you get to class, and bask in the warmth of friendship and the communal feeling of wanting the tummy exercises to stop so you can have a good old chat with your friends, before going home feeling proud and pleased that you got it done.
So please get your classes in the diary; re-schedule the tumble dryer delivery for a different day, tell your friends to come with you instead of meeting for coffee and cake, and I will see you VERY SOON!
Also don't forget to treat yourself and a friend to Yoga by Candlelight on Thursday December 18th at Garway Hall 7-9pm; the usual lovely music, relaxation, candlelight, bubbles and snacks to celebrate the turning of the year. I have ten tickets left at £20 each- payable only in advance. If for any reason I had to cancel, I would offer a replacement class in the dark days of January.
There has been some interest in my running a Christmas Sparkle Course this year which I would run from November 17th- December 19th; five weeks to really focus in on healthy eating, daily exercise and blasting away some stubborn blubber. Five weeks for £60- if I get ten yeses I Will run the course.
This term runs from Monday November 3rd - Friday December 12th. It is a six week term, but I may do extra PAYG sessions during the week after.
Classes at Bridges:
Monday 7pm Total Toning
Friday 9am Total Toning £8 PAYG or £42 for one class, £78 for both
Classes at Garway
Tuesday 9:15 Pilates
Thursday 9:15 Yoga Flow £9 PAYG or £48 for one class, £84 for both
Legs Bums Tums 7pm Wednesday £8 PAYG £42 for the term

I will endeavor to stick to this plan, but if for any reason I cannot get to a class/classes, I will make up for it next term. Should we have adverse weather I will teach the class online, or refund it against your next terms fees. Once you have paid, I cannot refund your term fees FOR ANY REASON or transfer them to future terms or any courses that I offer. Please don't ask me to; I can only continue to run the classes by operating this way. Because I know that sucks, if you end up missing a class that you have paid for, you are welcome to come to any other class/classes that I am teaching that term to make up for a class or classes missed. Please note that I cannot accept Pokemon cards, Nectar points, trolley tokens or Schools Sports vouchers from Aldi. 🙂
