I went to a women’s circle today hosted by ✨

It was a beautiful and relaxed circle centred around autumn and our inner autumn related to the menstrual cycle ✨

We did a lot of inner reflection and sharing about what inner autumn meant to us and how to nourish ourselves best and what we wanted to let go of ✨

For me this was so intriguing to look at the menstrual cycle and how it can link to the seasons🍁

The cards that came up were 🔥too I will find out what they mean soon but already feel an instant pull to them ✨
