It’s another scorcher one out there so here’s a little reminder of some simple ways to keep cool and comfortable today.

💧 Sip water often – even if you’re not thirsty
🍉 Snack on water-rich foods like melon or cucumber
🌤 Stay out of the sun between 11am and 3pm if you can
🌬 Rest in shaded or cool areas
🧴 Pop on your sun cream before heading out
🚿 A quick cool shower can work wonders
