Today was the last time I teach a class with my business LD Fitness & Development.

I have decided to close to focus on other things… however, the brilliant Becca has taken over with her own business.

The last 6 years have been an absolute rollercoaster with some amazing highs, each and every person I have taught I would like to say a massive thank you to you.

You all have a special place in my heart. For the final time.. thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏🏼
