To coincide with International Stress Awareness Week, (happening this week) I have a truly stress-busting treatment for my November Treatment of the Month - Soothe The Soul

And this year’s theme is Optimising Employee Well-being Through Strategic Stress Management - did you know that I go into workplaces and do seated acupressure massage sessions? Is this something your workplace would love to see? Get in touch for more info

I also have many clients who claim the cost of their treatment back through their workplace health insurance scheme - if you are part of a scheme get in touch to see if you could be eligible too

It’s super relaxing and hopefully you will feel all your stresses just melt away! Here are the details:

• Lying face-up you will receive a soothing neck and shoulder massage using my Calm essential oil blend (bergamot, lavender and ylang ylang)
• This will be followed by facial reflexology to revitalise and rejuvenate your skin and relax any tension in your facial muscles
• Then you will be treated to some cranial reflexology to unravel any remaining tension
• This will be followed by some Reiki - intuitive healing that goes where it is needed
• And finally you will experience some sound therapy - feel the vibrations surround and soothe you
• You will also receive a self-heating eye mask to take away so you can enjoy a little bit of me-time later

This 60 minute treatment is £59 and is available throughout November and December

Fall into relaxation this October

It’s the perfect time of the year to get all cosy and warm - which you can definitely do in my treatment room this October

There are only a couple of weeks left of October but still enough time to squeeze in an appointment with my October Treatment of the Month 🎃

Here are the details:

CARVE OUT SOME TIME FOR A MASSAGE

• Himalayan Salt Hot Stone back, neck and shoulder massage with Pumpkin Spice Oil (alternative oils are available on request)
• this will be followed by facial reflexology to revitalise and rejuvenate your skin and calm your busy mind
• finally you will be treated to some cranial reflexology to unravel any last remaining tension

This 60 minute treatment is £64 and available throughout October and November

Also if you would like to extend this to 75 or 90 minutes instead of 60 just ask and I’ll see if there is time in the diary to accommodate

Our signage is finally up and we have created a name which we feel reflects both of our businesses as a whole.

Step in to The Treatment Rooms, a tranquil space where you can both switch off from the outside world and receive a luxury 5 star experience from Julie or Chris.

Julie of ‘Sparkle Bespoke Skin & Beauty’ specialises in Bespoke Skin Transformations, helping women to have knowledge in skin health and to make them feel empowered with beauty and skin confidence. She also carries out various aspects of beauty treatments.

Chris of ‘Body and Sole Therapy’ brings the woo woo element as she specialises in an array of holistic treatments including reflexology, massage, reiki, crystal healing and sound healing to truly help you to switch off and relax, she can also help with pain management.

Me and Julie Barras of Sparkle Beauty are off to a work conference this weekend - plus we’ll have time to chat about ideas for our businesses 🤓

Then next week I’m off on holiday for a couple of weeks 😎

I won’t be checking messages and emails as often as I would normally so if you do send me a message then it’ll probably be a while before you get a reply 💌

I am excited to continue offering several Treatments of the Month to ensure there is something for everyone. With September featuring both Migraine Awareness Week and World Reflexology Week, my Treatments of the Month will focus on these.

• we will begin with a body brush all over the back of your body
• followed by a 40 minute back, neck and shoulder massage using a fabulous Meditation essential oil blend (containing vetiver, sandalwood, frankincense, orange and black pepper pure essential oils)
• ending with 15 minutes of facial and cranial reflexology, working specifically in the areas to help reduce headache/migraine symptoms

This 60 minute treatment is £59 and available throughout September and October

TOP TO TOE REFLEXOLOGY EXPRESS - 60

• we will begin with 20 minutes of facial reflexology
• followed by 10 minutes of cranial reflexology
• ending with 30 minutes of foot reflexology
• you will receive some bath salts and a self-heating eye mask to take away, to continue the relaxation at home

This 60 minute treatment is £59 and available throughout September and October

TOP TO TOE REFLEXOLOGY LUXE - 75

• we will begin with a 10 minute foot soak/scrub
• then there will be 20 minutes of facial reflexology
• followed by 15 minutes of cranial reflexology
• ending with 30 minutes of foot reflexology
• you will receive some bath salts and a self-heating eye mask to take away, to continue the relaxation at home

This 75 minute treatment is £74 and available throughout September and October

TOP TO TOE REFLEXOLOGY ULTIMATE - 90

• we will begin with a 10 minute foot soak/scrub
• then there will be 25 minutes of facial reflexology
• followed by 15 minutes of cranial reflexology
• ending with 40 minutes of foot reflexology
• you will receive some bath salts and a self-heating eye mask to take away, to continue the relaxation at home

This 90 minute treatment is £89 and available throughout September and October

Check out this great review for my Soul to Sole package - this is a treatment that includes a little bit of everything! 🤩

There are different lengths of time available for this - 60/75/90/105 minutes so you can have a proper chill out if you like. Completely top to toe! 🤗

All of my sessions are bespoke, to suit you on the day, but I will be introducing a new element to my treatment menu very soon - where you select a block of time and then you choose exactly what treatments you want to fill the time. Keep you eyes peeled for that launching 👀
