If you need support, please make sure to speak with your keyworker ahead of the weekend to plan anything you may need.

🌸 A heartfelt thank you to every single woman who joined us yesterday at Gateshead Recovery Partnership! 🌸

You showed up for yourselves, for each other, and for women’s health — and we are so grateful. 💜

✨ Over 100 women were seen and supported by our amazing specialist nurses, making this our biggest turnout ever. The final woman was cared for right up until 5:30 pm, showing the dedication of both our team and our community.

We were honoured to welcome Dame Lesley Regan, who visited to witness the strength, courage and unity of the women in our community, and the work we’re doing to tackle long‑standing health inequalities. 💪💗

🎥 A huge thank you to the incredible women who took part in the BBC news report last night — your voices truly matter, and your stories help drive real change for women everywhere.

It was fantastic to showcase how our Women’s Health Programme is helping to tackle health inequalities as part of the national 5‑year women’s health plan.

🌸 WE’RE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE… THE FREEDOM PROGRAMME IS RE‑LAUNCHING! 🌸

We’re delighted to share that our Freedom Programme is starting back up — and it will be delivered by our amazing Group Worker Tracey, alongside our lovely Women’s Engagement Worker Caitlin 💜✨

The Freedom Programme is a supportive, women‑only group designed to help build understanding, confidence, and empowerment. It provides a safe, welcoming space to explore healthy relationships, recognise unhelpful patterns, and strengthen your emotional wellbeing — all with the support of experienced staff and other women.

📅 Starts: 15th April
⏰ Wednesdays, 10am–12pm
📍 Speak to your keyworker about attending the welcome session
