You’re probably wondering why we’re posting a picture of pancakes 🥞

Well we like to promote good eye health, and as well as regular eye exams, diet and nutrition play an important role.

These protein pancakes were made by Catherine, and we’re pleased to report that they contain nutrients which boost eye health. With ingredients such as banana, egg, cottage cheese, yoghurt and berries, you’re getting eye-friendly nutrients such as antioxidants (vitamin A,C & E), lutein, zeaxanthin, zinc and selenium, and the best bit…..they taste really good 😋
