nice simple little Xmas arm workout for your party dresses. nice to tone up! do these every other day. 12 reps 2 or 3 sets each. dont make the weight too heavy if you want to just tone up. You can do these on a chair if you want to isolate other muscle groups and protect your back. It will also help with ex*****on of good technique. Roll on 🎄 Xmas! 🤶

very good article. This is something i deal with personally and with clients. rehab after surgery and getting my clients strong and ready for Surgery has proven successful in all cases. i have 3 clients ( currently ) 2 with knees and one hip. both of them have exceeded the physios expectations at the stage they are at after their operations. My knee client has 120 degree bend and back driving after 3 weeks.
