nice simple little Xmas arm workout for your party dresses. nice to tone up! do these every other day. 12 reps 2 or 3 sets each. dont make the weight too heavy if you want to just tone up. You can do these on a chair if you want to isolate other muscle groups and protect your back. It will also help with ex*****on of good technique. Roll on 🎄 Xmas! 🤶
