Swipe to see my examples of self care - you don’t have to include yourself in the post if you don’t want to, I just want to find out how you’re looking after yourself and bringing yourself back to a grounded, centred and balanced space.

GX Massage turns 1 this month! 🎂

To celebrate I am running a competition to give away £100 in gift vouchers!!!

To enter the competition all you have to do is:

Is self care all about massages and a 12 step skincare routine? Absolutely not!

Self Care is about taking time to do the things that make you feel good about yourself, working towards your goals whether they be physical, mental or emotional.

Of course having a massage, journaling and a good skin care routine all fit into self care; but so does having a meal you enjoy, spending time with friends who genuinely energise you, and taking part in an activity that is simply fun - it all falls under the self care umbrella.

Our next Yoga & Massage Workshop is just under two weeks away — and I’m so excited to share a first glimpse with you. ✨

I’ve put together a short video from our last event so you can get a feel for the atmosphere — the movement, the stillness, and the calm that fills the room. This workshop is 4 hours to completely reset before the winter season begins.

✨ New Workshop Coming This November ✨

We’re coming together again for another morning of movement, stillness, and connection — a calm space to unwind before winter.

This workshop will blend yoga, massage, guided meditation, and sound, with a pause midway to share homemade soup, fresh bread, and chai tea. Expect grounding practices to relax the body, calm the mind, and support a sense of balance and renewal.

This session will include a 60-minute yoga practice, and a 60 minute massage tutorial where you’ll learn techniques for relaxation and release.
New this time is a 30-minute guided meditation to help you find calm and clarity, before settling into a deeply restorative gong bath.

A peaceful few hours to slow down, reset, and reconnect.

Would you like a massage but not available on a Wednesday, and you’d prefer to go out for a massage than have one at home?

Good news! I am opening my treatment so it’s available to book Monday - Friday between 9am and 8pm.

If it’s popular I’ll continue to open my treatment room Monday - Friday in October and beyond!
