Aspiring to be the light for those that have struggled or are struggling. Which means I have to continue to do the work.

This week that looks like daily breathwork, yoga, meditation, working out (this one is a push and defo not everyday).

I do all these things to keep my cup full but I find it easier to do them when I know the benefits and what is actually happening.

Traditional therapy has it's place for sure. It's helped me in the past, but you might be like I was, tried the Traditional methods and have got what you can from them. You might feel like you need to go deeper. Maybe to get to the root or cause of issues you are experiencing. I channel whatever comes through- guidance for you, information on which energy Centre is unbalanced amongst other things.

Reiki helps to release stored emotions, relaxes the body and mind, and can help to alleviate common issues such as stress, anxiety and depression.

Time for reflection ✨
