As the sun sets and the moon rises, I am reminded of the fleeting nature of life. The beauty of the sky serves as a metaphor for the grief that we experience in our lives. Just like the sun and moon, joy and sorrow alternate. We must learn to cherish the moments we have and hold tight to the memories we create. Life is short, and we must make the most of it.

These photos of the sunset and moon on the sky represent the cyclical nature of life and the beauty that can come from both the light and dark moments. Let us learn to find the silver lining in every cloud and appreciate the complexity of life.

8 years ago, I received a strong call to visit the land of Meteora. At the time, I had no knowledge about the world of spirituality or yoga, but that didn't stop me from falling in love with the place. Since then, I've learned about yoga, and the strong need to revisit the land only grew stronger. Today, I'm here, and I'm overwhelmed by the energy of the place. For decades, monks have prayed here, and now I understand why. I've charged my prana with their vibration, and I feel lighter for it. It's also been a great place for me to light a candle for someone I lost this year. I'm grateful for this experience.

Meet our amazing guest, Mr. John, who has proved that age is just a number! Within 14 days of staying with us at Tui Blue Suit Princess, he joined many fitness classes and worked hard to improve his strength and flexibility.

When I first met him, he struggled to clasp his hands together in a yoga pose, but he didn't give up. I introduced him to Hatha yoga, yin yoga, and fascia exercises, and his dedication to his practice paid off. In his very last session with us, he managed to do a full eagle arms pose! Sure, his elbows slipped off slightly, but his smile says it all - he achieved something he never thought was possible.

I am so grateful to have been a part of Mr. John's journey. It's an honor to work with elderly people and help them feel their best. Thank you, Mr. John, for inspiring us all!

How to prepare for this session?

Find a quiet space and choose if you rather to seat or lay down . Make sure you can hear me well and you won't be disturbed by others during the session.

Pilates classes combine a range of gentle but powerful excersies designed to strengthen your core, improve your posture and mobility.

If you never tried pilates before that's definitely a must try while on holidays!
