Many ladies & gentlemen forget to make time for themselves and as a result this affects the body and the mind. Massage therapy can help you to reflect, build your strength, and heal the mental as well as physical aspects of your health. When focusing on yourself, you escape the every day stresses, aches and strains that day to day life brings. At Reflections Massage and Wellbeing, our focus is on providing clients with a calming and deeply relaxing environment, to simply unwind and escape. Our treatments are focused around all of the senses. When you enter our treatment rooms, you will be welcomed with the beautiful sounds of nature, the aroma of non-toxic beeswax candles and a low lighting ambience.
