One of my clients is diabetic but loves a chocolate biscuit, so I made him some, using sugar free digestive biscuits and melted 95% cocoa chocolate.

On a walk with one of my ladies we came across this beautiful crab apple tree.
My aunty used to make wine from crab apples.
I think we might stick to jam! Xx

My Thursday lady loves a crossword but as she has impaired vision I usually have to read the clues to her, this week I found a large print crossword book and we are flying through it!!
Can anyone get the missing clue??? Xx
