If God is unknowable as I have said, where does Conservation and Liberatarianism come into consideration. I am an atheotheist, that is one who does not know if there is a God but does not rule out the existence of a God as a Personal God or Creator God. In other words who says we have to conserve as it is God's wishes. So this evening on the Friday of 8 March 2024 with the Court of Central London dismissing my Claim in E35YM660, I have jettisoned Conservative Libertarian Society and The Conservative Libertarian Party of the United Kingdom altogether from my future raison d'etre. On the other hand Libertarian means being at liberty to act spontaneously, nonchalantaly and unpremeditatedly at the spur of the moment in this life not in any after life. So I have retarined Libertarian in my Bio. And I believe in truth-accommodation as it is the most peaceful and harmonious way of living so describe myself now as simply an advaitist, one who is at one with Reality.

03/03/2024

I convinced nobody, nay not I, and nobody convinced me.

27/02/2024

Do not plan and do not consciously do; spontaneity is essential for mental health. Reliable toughts then come.

In the United Kingdom, the Monarch and Prime Ministers have a special relationship on all matters of the State, sometimes in history the Monarch has assumed dictatorial powers overruling the Prime Minister not by an explicit veto on Bills but during their weekly audience with each other when Bills for the Queens Speech are formulated so that the outcome is a foregone conclusion. When the Monarch and the Prime Minister have a disagreement, the Prime Minister may consider himself above the law in holding the Royal prerogative and Ministerial Code of Conduct, and so take the powers as the Head of State stating this avenue. When such a power is exerted by the Prime Minister, he or she can be challenged in the High Court and the Supreme Court which has decided in relation to Brexit that the Prime Minister has to consult Parliament on that particular issue. When the Monarch and the Prime Minister are in agreement they work in tandem. This has been made clear to me in the proceedings of the International Criminal Court in respect of Case: OTP-CR-76/22 emanating from the Court of Central London Claim of mine against the State: E35YM660. So at the moment the Prime Minister and the Monarch are working in tandem.

Hello Jo

I am sorry, I was just keeping you informed so that you know the background in the fullest detail possible. I have no lawyers, no advisors and no mental health support from even the GP Surgery, I have twice in the past couple of months been 'discharged' whatever that means from Care in the Community secondary care service with no one to talk to listen to my confused and delusional mind that persists when I get emails out of the blue, like this one: sorry I just have to let you know for I have to have proper emotional support:

Dear Lottie Hazell
As an afterthought to my recent email reply to you, are you available for sexual in*******se with me?
I have looked you up on the very accommodating British Library website and you meet my requirements for appearance and age.
I am very rich following the favourable decision by the Extra-Judicial Rendering Committee of the Evil Wicked Witch Green Queen's
Privy Council of the United Kingdom overruling the Court of Central London, the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom, etcetra, and I pay handsomely in cash.
I outline the legitimacy of my allocation criteria and expectations as a kalki-avatar here
https://www.knowledgeforworldconservation.com/post/the-case-for-full-marriages-and-free-marriages-in-law
For a fuller explanation, consult my Britisher Library here https://archive.org/details/
where I have allotted your free access per the Order from the East Kent Magistrates Court. You are mentioned in two of my recent books.
I used to regularly make my daughter, who is a little older than you, perform Siva pooja (worship) on my lingam in the shrine I constructed. I will explain what is needed for you.
I will send my driver, Gurpaul (Paul) Singh Tiwana, a doubtful Sikh of advanced age, to your home address in West London (Chelsea) to pick you up to bring you to my well-equipped basement oand drop you off. Any arrangement you make with him is up to you but any consummation must be after he has collected you from the Gillingham address. His address is 12 Nares Road Parkwood Rainham Kent ME8 9RF which he advertises in his email ("9RF") because he thinks postcode is emailcode.
You need have no concerns about your safety, there will be a judicially-approved Consent Agreement checked by my seeming lawyers, Capsticks. It will cover buccaneering areas like reasonable force, handcuffs and other restraints and so on. I have much familiarity with these ever since my incarceration in a Secure Unit fifteen years ago. I lawfully absconded from it.
Do not correspond with my former solicitors, Antony (not Anthony) Clapp, as I have discharged them pending my claim against them lodged on 5 November with the Solicitors Regulation Authority with consultation and guidance from the Supreme Court Registrar.
I look forward to having you, Lottie. Do not involve the police whose lackadaisical ways are the subject of a judicial review process.
Yours sincerely

I am cooked up in the house with my risperidone, sertraline and depakote with no changes to the medication since we last communicated and now with no job prospects because Sainsburys have still not removed me from its 'not-for-rehire' category and a new job with Tesco at Aylesford that I applied for a few days ago got short shrift even though I passed the on-line questionnaire. I thought if I write some books of my Searching for Mental Health Services in the United Kingdom, it will give me a source of income and keep my mind occupied in mindfulness therapy but the books that I wrote are not selling. Perhaps the whole world knows what a lunatic deranged individual is living here in the United Kingdom so are scared to read let alone digest those writings.

To add to the smoking of ci******es I am right now drinking alcohol to calm my nerves down, for I am so confused about what is going on, what with the COP26 Summit and global warming also bothering me because I just do not know if it is a problem to be worried about. Part of me thinks, if the world gets too hot, we will not have very cold winters in the United Kingdom so will save on heating costs, and then if there is more heat and more water in the atmosphere with more carbon dioxide, should not that lead to increased crop production? I am not a specialist in Agriculture but do think that low lying areas will get flooded by rising sea levels, unless tectonic plates shift to raise more land elsewhere for future generations, etc Oh it is all so confusing Jo.
Please help me understand

1. have been a member of Liberty for over 2 years and brought to your Notice that the government and the Judicial and Law Enforcement processes of the United Kingdom are one and the same thing, who terrorise people seeking justice in the Courts and Employment Tribunals as I have done over the past 24 years since the University of Greenwich terrorised me with workplace harassment spurred on by the secretive government agencies and its overseas compatriots to the point that my £55,000 severance payment as redundancy requirements were quashed by the Court of Central London in its Judgment of 21 June 2021 from Judge Lightman and no matter how hard I tried to appeal this Order under the Appellant's Notice (see attached: Appelllant's NoticeCourtofppealOct2021.pdf; AppellantsNoticeCourtofAppeal5Oct2021.docx; and ToSupremeCoourtRegistryccCivilAppealsRegistryccCentralLondCountyCourtJudiciary11Oct2021.docx; the shameless persecuting bastards have taken no action against the 1500 criminal anonymous emailers of VOPA (so-called fictitious organisation Victims of Panigrahi Association) created by M15/M16/COBRA to be harnessed by the State of the United Kingdom to terrorise me since I lodged E35YM660 against the Prime Ministers of the United Kingdom to hold them to Account for manipulating all its legal and charitable institutions like 38 Degrees, Amnesty International, and above all the Police to consign me to al life of destitution in the United Kingdom. The Information Commissioner has now been brought in to terrorise me as you will note from the attached: chat-14_10_2021, 11 08 02(ICO).txt.

2. I am therefore unable to provide any further funds for your important work for the people of this country. Sorry to convey this disappointing news.

In a democratic society people must be able to hold the powerful accountable for their actions. But the Government is attempting to put itself – and all future governments – beyond the reach of the law.
When the state gets things wrong, it’s essential that people can seek justice. That’s why we’re raising £15,000 over on CrowdFunder to stop these plans in their tracks.
Please help us today, with a gift at a level that you’re comfortable with.

Those in power are trying to cut off important avenues of accountability:
In Parliament – the Government is making a habit of sidelining our elected MPs and hiding from scrutiny when making laws, by giving our representatives insufficient time to debate proposals, and even putting hundreds of coronavirus regulations in place with no input from MPs at all.
In the courts – the Government’s Judicial Review and Courts Bill will make it harder for people to challenge unjust laws, policies and public authority decisions in court. And the Government has vowed to 'overhaul' the Human Rights Act.
On the streets – the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Bill, which has sparked months of ‘Kill the Bill’ demonstrations across the country, is an attack on people’s right to protest. The ability to stand up to power by taking to the streets and making your voice heard is essential to a functioning democracy.
At the ballot box – the Government’s Elections Bill could bring in mandatory voter ID which could strip hundreds of thousands of people of their right to vote.
We’re using every tool at our disposal to keep up the pressure and stop democratic accountability being undermined. We’re facing threats on many fronts, so your donation today will help us make sure we can halt this unwarranted attack on our rights.
Best wishes,

Charlie Whelton

Dear Sirs
1. I refer you to my email to the Court of Appeal attached: ToCourtofAppeal38DegreesccCenLonCtyCrtJudiciaryPritiPatelHomeSecretary8Oct2021.docs which has not received a response that I am aware of.
2. I submit in my arguments to expedite this matter, as follows:

END OF THE TRUTH-SEARCH THROUGH TRUTH-ACCOMMODATION
I had said to the State authorities a couple of years ago that ‘My name is Bond, alias James Bond’ 007, on His/Her Majesty’s Secret Service on Special Assignment to conduct an investigation of the State of the Planet and deal with the failures in management strategies that have placed the Earth at a position of impending doom. Today, I have no reason to discount what I had said then. I have examined the nooks and crannies of humanity over the past 24 years following an 18 year period of researches in Agricultural Development and Environmental Sustainability.

It is quite evident that God is concerned about the future of mankind and the Planet and has protected me over this period to get to this point where I have survived in relative comfort and freedom to now conduct my future activities in the sphere of Climate Change issues. This I will do within the Foundation that I have set up and named ‘The Conservative Libertarian Society’ https://theconservativelibertariansociety.com. My life does not end here. It is just the beginning now that I am fortified with accurate knowledge of God and our existence on this planet. We cannot dissociate ourselves from God. He has his unassuming and mysterious ways of getting things done.

So, what does the future hold for me. I have still not received the final decision of the legal authorities to my Claim E35YM660 that I submitted an Appeal under an Appellant’s Notice on last week. It is clear to me that since I had to collect my prescription medications from Boots the Chemists yesterday of risperidone, sertraline and depakote, that I have not secured my reputation as a sane person who only ever wished to do good in the most philanthropic manner possible, namely, to have a mission to generate ‘Knowledge for World Conservation’. If I have gone wrong in this the Court must let me know. Judgment has to be entered. It is in all our interests that this is done. There is no other way to proceed.
