Our company name is Tender Hands Care limited and we are a new-age company set up to bring fast and reliable solutions to the healthcare industry. Our services include but are not limited to the following:

1. Recruitment of staff for nursing care homes (non-CQC (Care Quality Commission) and CQC – does not or does require CQC registration), residential care homes (CQC and non-CQC), hospitals and other healthcare organisations.

2. We also provide training for staff as well as subsidised transportation for staff.

3. Provision of long-term and short-term accommodation facilities for our staff and clients. I have set up a company to recruit students for Universities in the UK (Reflux Educational Navigators Limited). This company is strategically created to have a pool of student staff.

We have a constantly increasing pool of staff to cater for our partners. All our staff are compliant to full care and support training. DBS checks, home office checks, full rights to work and an online platform is in place for regular updates.
We are 100% committed to offering high quality live-in care, domiciliary care, palliative care respite care, companionship care and specialist care.
