It is said that over 60% of all visits to the doctor are stress-related.
Managing stress and our response to it is vital to our health and well-being.
Stress is generally thought to be a bad thing but it has a positive side to it.
It is needed to wake us up in the morning ( cortisol levels gradually rise at night), motivate, protect and helps us to get tasks done.
Normally occurring stresses can be dealt with and recovery will take place without any serious ill effects.
However if cortisol levels are continuously high we can become anxious and overloaded.
Eventually exhaustion and burnout will take over leading to problems with mental and physical health.

In order to manage stress effectively you may want to :

• Become more assertive - Learn to SAY NO!
• Talk to yourself kindly and praise yourself regularly - NO Negative Talk
•Become more organized and tick completed tasks ✓
• Try holistic therapies to bring your body back to balance
And Just for one day do not anger and do not worry

Ear Candling (also known as Thermo-Auricular Therapy) is thought to be first used by Ancient Greeks. They referred to it as 'coning' and used it specifically for cleansing, healing and purifying benefits.
The name candle is misleading as they are not typical in appearance to what we know of candles.In fact they are hollow and often made from fabric from unbleached organically grown crops.The fibres are stiffened when sprayed with pure beeswax and rolled into shape.They can be additionally infused with herbs and other ingredients like chamomile, sage or honey well known for their benefits to the ear,nose and throat.
As with all complementary therapies, Ear Candling cannot claim to 'cure' any illness, disease or disorders. However, therapists like myself will agree that the treatments carried out promote a deep sense of relaxation , which can result in many health benefits.
