Tamzin is a Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer based in North Dorset. The services provided range from Personal Training sessions, both in an independent gym in Shaftesbury, and home visits too. She also offers Sports & Deep Tissue Massages, to aid recovery, recuperation and relaxation. Indian Head Massage, Thai Foot Massage and Reiki are also available.

Over the next few weeks I’m going to be endeavouring to use my social media pages more, giving you an insight into who I am as a Sports Massage Therapist, how & where I work, & why you should book in with me!
I currently have The Phoenix Clinic near Gillingham/Shaftesbury (Dorset) but I now also treat on a Friday at in the Portway Centre, Old Sarum.
