Our colleagues at OurZone day centre in Rochester have been celebrating BBC Children in Need today with members. Here's the team rocking their Pudsey T shirts! Today, members and staff raised over £90 with a with a best dressed members and staff competition, a raffle, Pudsey Bear themed quiz and disco, cake making, and cake sale. Thanks to everyone who donated and got involved!

A new partnership between KCHFT, HCRG Care Group and Medway Community Healthcare begins this week, as we come together to deliver community health services for adults and children.

The partnership will build on existing services, combining expertise to deliver even greater improvements. One of the key goals is to make sure people can access the right services, no matter where they live.

Mairead McCormick, KCHFT Chief Executive, said: “Our common goal is to support people to live their best life. Working with GPs and other health and care partners, we will build neighbourhood health services that keep people well at home, investing in a future where proactive and preventive care leads the way.”
