Three Counties Counselling and Psychotherapy As an Accredited Counselling Psychotherapist and Accredited Hypnotherapist Debra Doggrell provides a personal psychotherapeutic service in the south west.

Most people need extra emotional support at some time in their life. Anxiety, depression, addiction, family difficulties and loss are just some of the issues that can be helped by talking therapies such as Counselling, Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy. I provide a service direct to the public, through charities and to employees through local businesses. So the time has come for me to retire.....
Over the last 25 years I have worked with hundreds if not thousands of wonderful clients and it has been an absolute privilege to hear every single person share their story. Thank you for your trust and for everything that I have learnt from you about the resilience and strength of the human spirit.
I wish you all well in everything that you do in the future. Never forget how wonderful and unique you really are x
