M.E.R.T International is currently recruiting THREE experienced Emergency Response Operatives for an upcoming construction project located within the Arctic Circle. This is a unique opportunity to work in a remote, high-risk environment supporting critical infrastructure development.

📍 Location: Arctic Circle, Norway
📅 Start Date: End of April / May
📄 Contract: 6-Month Fixed Term (with potential extension)

🔹 Full-time, site-based role
🔹 Accommodation provided (on-site barrack-style living)
🔹 Work on a major construction build
🔹 Opportunity to gain valuable international project experience

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
➡️ Provide emergency medical response on-site
➡️ Support Emergency Response Teams (ERT)
➡️ Assist with incident management and site safety

✅ Requirements:
➡️ Recognised medical qualification: Paramedic - (HCPC or EU recognised equivalent), EMT, Nurse (with emergency or trauma experience), Military Medic CMT 1, FREC considered with correct experience operating in an emergency response role.
➡️ Experience in emergency response, pre-hospital, or site-based environments
➡️ Valid Health & Safety certification (CSCS, IOSH, NEBOSH, VCA, SOLAS or equivalent)
➡️ Ability to work in remote and challenging environments
➡️ Two professional references required
➡️ Must already have the right to work in the EU/EEA (e.g. EU citizens or individuals who do not require a work permit)
