Due to the volume of recent last minute cancellations and people not turning up for appointments, there will now be a charge of £20 for any appountment not cancelled within 24 hours of the booked appointment. i appreciate that things crop up and it is a minority of clients, however these are appointment slots that can be filled through my waiting list. If you cancel within the 24 hour period you will not be able to book another appointment until the charge is paid. i really appreciate all my clients that keep my small business going and im sorry i have had to implement this charge.
