Craigbank residents have enjoyed a pampering session with essence oil therapy, hand massages, nails varnished and having their hair done. It was also a lovely winter sun morning for a walk in nature. Peter decided to help mop the floor, what a fantastic job he made of it. Thank you Peter.

Lovely to be back at work. Dorothy enjoyed a trip to the shops. She bought her Christmas day hat and colouring books and pens. It was great to see Dorothy so happy and getting into the festive spirit. Jx

Remembrance Day service ❤️

Hello everyone,
A date for your diary. To commemorate Remembrance Day Craigbank is having a church service on Tuesday 11th of November at 10.45.

I am on annual leave and will be back to work on Monday 24th November.

Father Emmanuel celebrated Holy Communion with the residents and their families. It was wonderful to hear everyone singing and seeing Father interacting with the residents and having a dance. Music is such a powerful memory tool bringing an uplifting experience of joy.

Today the residents painted posters of the poppy. Craigbank begins to commemorate the fallen commrades as we head towards Remembrance Day. Lest we forget. The activity brought emotional, social and therapeutic benefit.

What an amazing Halloween party the residents had today. Lots of super fancy dress outfits. The entertainer John Bennett was fantastic and had everyone dancing and singing. The buffet went down a treat. The residents were so happy and full of fun and laughter. Thank you to all the family and friends who came along to make this a truly memorable day. Enjoy the photos 😊

What a lovely warm service today for the residents. Ayda, the Minister, filled out hearts with joy and laughter. Rejoicing in the Lord brings comfort to us all as we travel on our own spiritual journey.

Today the residents painted Halloween posters in preparation for the party. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed listening to Halloween music. This activity brought a therapeutic benefit, social interaction and helped build independence through creativity.
