I would like to say a huge thank you to all of the staff, relatives and visiting professionals for all of your support over the past year - and personally for me over the past 4.5 months. As many of you will be aware, we have had our annual Care Inspection this week, we recieved our new grading yesterday and we retained our '5 - Very Good' for How we support peoples health & wellbeing . The positive feedback we recieved from the inspectors, all of you and the residents was overwhelming and a true testament to the hard work that the staff do, day in and day out - they are the heros of Mossvale, each and every one of them!

I am so excited to see what we all, as a team, can achieve in the coming years to further improve the quality of lives of the residents, and as always, your input in how we can improve the service is highly valued.

So, without further ado, grades for Mossvale are, 5,5,5,4,4!!!!

Once again - thank you all an I am sure you will all join me in showing our appreciation to every single member of our amazing staff!!!!
