Today at our Wellbeing Group we got hands-on with some therapeutic gardening, sowing different varieties of sunflowers and peas π±π»
Spending time outdoors, listening to the birds and connecting with nature through gardening can have a powerful calming effect on the nervous system. It helps reduce stress, improves mood, and brings you into the present moment, giving your mind a break from overthinking while boosting a sense of purpose and achievement π
