I work with an integrative therapeutic and coaching approach to assist people in connecting deeper with their trueness alongside their ever-moving current of life, and to eventually find their ultimate meaning in life... Enjoy life to its fullness...

Having worked in the commercial sector for many years, I understand what it feels like when encountering emotional issues and stress in life. I embarked on a journey of self-exploration and yoga practice which has allowed me to feel, see and find my own potential, as well as what I am passionate about in life. In my private counselling / coaching sessions, I work with clients collaboratively in unleashing their potential, be it in their life journey, career development, parenting stage, as well as their children's development, etc. I offer sessions in ENGLISH, CANTONESE and MANDARIN. Yes, I have been there as a receiver for Hypnotherapy and Counselling services during the course of my trainings and studies in order to prepare me to offer my best services to the world. I am grateful for such experiences ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ™

For those of you who have tried counselling and/or life coaching with your therapist/coach or me, I would like to express a sincere thank you to you for taking care of yourSelf - for our mental and emotional body is of the same importance as our physical body, as well as our soul.

May I invite us, both men and women, to take a deep breath now tuning inward and offering our body and being a touch of care and to notice whatโ€™s the message coming from within us now ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’›โค๏ธ

Few weeks ago, someone shared with me regarding the nightmares experienced as a result of therapy sessions with their therapist in dealing with domestic violence and custody issues...

Indeed, having unpleasant memories re-visited in a talking therapy session might be one of the reasons for their nightmares. However, the client might not need to stop therapy or sacrifice their therapeutic progress in order to avoid the happening of nightmares.

Some simple self-care routines in raising our self-awareness could assist us in dealing with nightmares (not limited to the result from re-visiting unpleasant memories)...

We can ask and observe ourselves that:
โ“Are we having a habit of taking coffee, alcohol or to***co? If yes, what might be the quantity that we take? Will it still be within the healthy range / limit?
โ“When do we usually take coffee during the day?
โ“What might be our sleeping cycle during night time?
โ“Do we find relaxing with the existing bedroom settings, lighting and decoration?
โ—๏ธIf preferred, we could add the practice of yoga and meditation to ease our stress. Are we having some form of regular exercises, movement routines, breathing exercises?

Hi Everybody,

How do you celebrate little successes?
Reflecting on some recent experiences this morning, I noted down a few small successes and I immediately noticed the empowering effect of such an act on the rest of the day.

The power fo small wins, the power of progress.... it contributes positively to our inner life. Working in a corporation, our work might be acknowledged by our supervisors. Embarked on the journey of self-employed business or being an entrepreneur, I find it's essential to develop an awareness coming from inside ourselves - the kind of self-care that we regularly honouring ourselves and our progress of success in overcoming little challenges in life. It keeps our inner fire, our passion growing and glowing.

Greetings to you all on a Wednesday - the middle of a week. Wishing you a positive lift in continuing the good work that you're engaging ๐Ÿ™‚
