I trained in massage (Sports/remedial and Swedish) as I wanted to help people maintain fitness, health and well-being. As a keen hillwalker and climber, and the mum of a little boy, I know how living your life can bend your body out of shape and leave you feeling tense and stressed. I've had numerous treatments over the years which have relieved various aches and pains and allowed me to carry on living my best life. The many benefits of massage include: relieve pain; assist with injury prevention and recovery; relaxation; reduced muscle pain and tension, increased range of movement; improved flexibility; decreased stress levels; preparation for sporting events; and general wellbeing.
