Reiki Level 1: The Foundation
Focus: Self-healing and energy awareness

What You Learn:

History and principles of Reiki
Understanding energy flow and chakras
Hand positions for self-treatment and treating others
Grounding and protection techniques
The first Reiki attunement (initiation into Reiki energy)
Outcome:
You’ll be able to channel Reiki energy for yourself, family, and friends. This level emphasizes personal healing and developing sensitivity to energy.

Reiki Level 2: Practitioner Level
Focus: Distance healing and deeper energy work

What You Learn:

The three sacred Reiki symbols and their uses
How to perform distance (absent) healing
Techniques for emotional and mental healing
Enhancing energy flow and intuition
Ethics and responsibilities of a Reiki practitioner
The second Reiki attunement (increases energy flow and connection)
Outcome:
You’ll be qualified to offer Reiki sessions professionally and perform distance healing. This level deepens your spiritual connection and understanding of energy dynamics.

Typical Duration:

Level 1: 1 day
Level 2: 1 day
Certification:
Upon completion, you receive certificates for each level, acknowledging your attunement and training.

Recommended Practice:
Daily self-Reiki, journaling experiences, and practicing on others to strengthen your connection and confidence.

Unfortunately I am having a medical procedure done around mid January, and I will be out of action for a while and unable to offer treatments until fully healed 🤕.
At the moment I can only guarantee appointments until the 8th of January, but I will of course keep you all posted of any changes 🥰.
