When I was about 3 years old I lived up in the north of Scotland near Aviemore. We got lots of snow in the winter . It was often 3 foot deep .One day I was out playing and fell in the snow and felt very panicky . Totally lost
My mother was nearby and rescued me in a matter of seconds but to me it felt like hours

Perception is very important , How we view events affects how we feel about them
And how we view events is based on our beliefs


How I view things today are affected by my beliefs about them
